Several emails to you and it still takes 6 weeks to get my glasses back. Checked Better Business Bureau and you have 167 complaints from people having problems with you. Lots of them getting the same runaround you gave me.

I ordered Trivex lenses because I like the attributes of this material but my eye doctor measured the Abbe value of my glasses as 30 (i.e., polycarbonate), whereas Trivex has an Abbe value of 45. Also, the vision in my left lens is less sharp than the right lens and it turns out that left lens undercorrected my astigmatism (my eye doctor checked the glasses and confirmed that the astigmatism correction was -0.25 instead of -0.75 as ordered). Really disappointed.

They are absolutely atrocious to deal with if you have a problem. It is impossible to speak with someone and they are very slow to respond by email and even then they don’t understand the problem or they are just trying to scam. Edit after their reply: you added the part about brokerage fees to your site after my complaint. Why will you not speak with me rather than only via inefficient email? I have provided my phone number numerous times. Still terrible service.

I paid for 1.74 index lenses in 2 pairs of frames. The first pair was absolutely not 1.74 and I know this because I have the exact same RX in the exact same frames, just a different color. The second pair was entirely the wrong lenses. I sent them back for redo and they when I got them back, they had to be the lowest index thickest lenses they had. Again, I paid the highest price for the highest index. I was completely ripped off.

The prescription in my lenses was incorrect. I had purchased a new set of glasses elsewhere and sent my old ones in for a lense change.

The whole experience was miserable. I mailed in a pair of one-of-kind vintage frames that I purchased for my daughter. I wanted to replace the lenses with her prescription for sunglasses. Although they said that they showed the frames were received, they were never able to locate them. They were just gone! Irreplaceable. We then were offered the "opportunity" to find something similar (at lensabl's expense) and proceed with the order. We did so, but are still very disappointed that the vintage frames we sent were lost. I would never recommend this company. I hope that if they EVER find our frames, they will contact us.

Placed an order through Etsy and despite having to pay extra for a certain lens (that I wasn’t told about until after I placed the order) I waited over three months to receive my glasses. Was never notified that they shipped out. No paper receipt or confirmation of the work done on them in the shipped box. Consistent runaround with customer service of always being told “they will be done in 1-3 days” when in reality it took 3+ months. I constantly asked for the exact step in manufacturing during the process and was refused a response. Definitely would not recommend this company at all.

Absolutely abominable Lost one pair that you’ve agreed to replace and the second pair I received yesterday was NOT filled with the transitions I ordered just clear lense DEAL with this please
