Prescription was off due to pupil distance and no offer to rectify it was ever offered. I have a pair of $600.00 Bose glasses I am unable to use. Would be really happy if someone offered to fix the issue.

I purchased my lenses from Lensabl expecting a high quality product, but I was disappointed it. Anti-fog lenses - that's what I expected, but it actually fogs and stays fogged longer than my regular lenses I had previously. Durability - it's only been a 3 months, and I've cared for the lenses well, however there are fine scratches appearing on the lenses.

Ordered my sulks plis lenses in november of 2021. It is now april 2022. To say im unhappy would be an understatement. They initially shipped me ( after 4 months) the wrong order, and it took several weeks to get them to respond and correct that. I was promsed my order would be expedited since i have been waiting since november and i still do not have them and am out hundreds of dollars. I would not recommend them. Very very unhappy

You’re asking for a review as if you’ve solved my issue. You still have not found the glasses you misplaced MONTHS ago, every time I write, you say the shop will find them and send them in four to five days. I DONT HAVE THEM YET!

My two pairs of glasses were separated, then weeks later it was determined one of them was unusable, and the replacement still has not arrived. This process has taken months and months and has been extremely unpleasant. I used to recommend you to everyone but after this service I can't imagine I will be returning.

I paid and sent my frames purchased in Italy several years ago needed new Rx , lensabl after almost 3 weeks shipped a box back to me. In the fancy box was 2 large round plastic discs over 3” in diameter .No frames no nothing.I emailed their customer service Took days for response they said if you send multiple emails same order you go to back of respond let list, They admitted after I sent pictures of the contents of my order that they made an error and wanted a picture of my frames which I sent them.after back and forth my frames are gone ,I will never do business with this company nor my friends in my circle.I will deal local from now on with a company .How do you put a value on frames you loved and had for many years it is not my fault my eyes RX changed but it is for trying a crappy company like lensabl take it from me buy local even if cost more think twice before you send them payments

Quality has gone down-hill. I just got 3 pairs back from them, all of which were done wrong, and I can't see through. Satisfaction guarantee? I reported the problem and here we are weeks later, and they haven't even had me send the glasses back yet. Waste of money.

I sent two pairs of Oakley's to the company. They said they sent them to my address. They would not help and provide shipment information. They told me a month and half ago my complaint was referred to management. No phone call to date. They will not offer a refund, new lenses or anything for these lost items. They would not follow up with the shipper as they have crucial informantion to provide. They were very good not now. # 100113397 order number to confirm sale. Update; To let you know we contacted USPS and they told us they needed the sending information whinformation which they would not supply. I asked to stop payment with the bank. Their customer service is not helpful. I agree with others who posted problems customer service.
