The nose piece on my RayBan frames came back broken. They will not replace the frame. Nice job !!!!!!!

We reviewed our communication with you and we advised that we need you to send back the frame to be inspected for damage. If they are not fixable, we will of course replace them for you. A support rep will follow up with you today via email.

They lied. They cannot put lenses on every frame. I have a basic IC Berlin, and they don't know how to work on it. They ended up charging me $25 dollars for shipping my frame back to me without the lenses. Do not use Lensabl!! Edited to respond their reply. It's actually pretty funny to see their canned reply. Again, I sent in an IC Berlin common frame since their ad says "we put lenses on any frame.". They then asked me for my previous lenses to have a demo (their words) for installation. I don't have the previous lenses, so they charged me $25 to get my frame back. Do not use Lensabl. Everyone, please make sure you read every word in their FAQ. Oh, perhaps also take a screenshot of their FAQ when you mail your frame or the FAQ for the FAQ. The bottom line is that their ad lied. There are plenty of other honest lense providers online.

So sorry to hear that we were unable to complete your order. The vast majority of frame brands and styles are eligible for lens replacement, but there are some that are either not designed to have the lenses removed at all or are too delicate to have the job done. Horrible experience will never use again nor refer to anyone. Took 5 months to finish and they still was not done correctly. Customer service is a disaster and quality of work dismal. $450 later. 🤬

It’s been almost 6 months and I still don’t have my glasses. The first order they sent took weeks because my frame was out of stock and they didn’t contact me. I had to reach out, they informed me the frame was out of stock. I agreed to the different frame. A few more weeks go by. I get the order and it’s completely incorrect. I have to send the order back. 2 more months go by. I reach out and ask what is going on and they act like it’s totally normal to take this long. Then…nothing still. No progress on the order. I still don’t have any indication I’ll get the correct frames ever. What a hassle advertised as a “convenience” of buying online - I’m about ready to charge back the purchase and just be done with it. Trust me, stay away.

Another example of your disorganization...I already reviewed this on March 20th and another review is requested. Here goes: Lensabl is the worst online merchant I've ever dealt with. Website information is either misleading or incomplete (eg. 1 month turnaround vs. 7-10 days; online order tracking is worthless...not updated; coating info on transition lenses incomplete/inaccurate). Quality is poor; on both attempts, lenses did not accurately fit the frame and on first attempt, lenses didn't match prescription. Customer service is by email only; I was unable to talk to a human anywhere throughout a three month long process despite my requests to do so. As noted above, after two attempts to make the replacement lenses, they were still not correct. Finally, after demanding to speak to an owner, I was contacted by a very responsive customer service representative via email who agreed to refund my purchase price. The refund was then promptly/diligently processed. I would recommend avoiding this company.

3 pairs of glasses took almost two months even though i'm 100 miles from them. finally convinced them to send two that were done. I kept getting the SAME canned email explanation that didn't really explain anything. I appreciate that they kept making the third pair until perfect, but please explain better. Also i sent another three pair to a different company on the opposite coast and had them back in a week. For less.
