Excellent quality of lenses

Even the darkest Sunglas lenses were not as dark as the ones I had in my raybans

I have used Lensabl before and had no issues. This time the glasses were shipped to the wrong address and returned to Lensabl. I reached out several times and over a week with no response. I did end up receiving the glasses but was disappointed in the lack of communication on this order. EDIT: thank you for the reply. I never received these responses, I will look through my spam box. I appreciate the follow up.

I have a difficult lens prescription and they executed it extremely well. When I bought new glasses two years ago, the lab that produced the lenses took some time, then sent poor lenses. We sent them back, they tried again, and the result was somewhat better, but not great. Lensabl sent me updates on production. The first attempt failed quality checks so they let me know shipment was delayed. The second attempt was delivered to me, and as noted - awesome.

When I received the final product, it live up my expectations. The only complaint is it took little more than a month for the whole process to be completed: may be the explanation is I live in south Florida and the headquarters of Lensabl is in LA and the USPS service is really SLOW. Otherwise I’m satisfied.

Frames are really stylish and strong

The process overall was great. but the notifications didn't seem to be very well coordinated with reality. i.e. I received email notice that you received the frames on the same day you were actually shipping out the finished product. And doing this review was more cumbersome than I expected. it was implied to be a quick and easy process and ended up having to sign up for something and MFA codes and surely I'm on a mailing list now too, even though I didn't opt in.

I love my new glasses. Well done on the my lenses. The reason I could not give 5 stars because I could not see the status of my glasses-it felt like I sent my glasses into the abyss and I did not know if they were coming back. I understand a quality process/length of time and I am definitely ok with that but the online status UI was horrible.
