They took twice as long as quoted, the lower left lens has a 1/4" scratch, which they're of course blaming on me, and stole my Prada case, sent my glasses back in a cheap plastic case. They later claimed that their instructions are not to send anything other than the glasses themselves. And once the lenses have been delivered, no customer service, won't answer or return calls or emails.

I sent in a pair of Gucci sunglasses in March. I didn't receive any notice for 2 weeks. When I called, it took Lensable another 2 weeks to figure out they were stolen or lost. It took me another 2 weeks to get someone to order new replacememt frames. Then another 3 weeks to finally get my order. Every step of the way, I had to reach out to ascertain the status of my order. Not once did anybody from leadership contact me or lete know what was going on. There were no apologies or accountability on Lensabl's part. I was treated like it was my fault they were stolen.at your facility and I was bothering your staff for checking on the status. Not even a coupon or some form of compensation for your error.

Just a bad experience all around. My pair of glasses were damaged and the QC personnel felt it was ok to ship them back to me as is. I reached out to customer service and they had me send them links to where they could buy a replacement frame. The replacement took forever to get redone. They had to redo the lenses multiple times. Worst experience, needless to say, I found a new company to do all my replacement lenses which is a bummer because I have sent you guys many frames to have my lenses replaced.

I sent my new sunglasses and a prescription from my eye doctor to them and have not heard back from them. I have emailed them 3 different times and haven't ever heard anything back. Very disappointed.

I've been a customer for several years and the majority of my orders have been perfect. Lensabl is a great value for the money but not when the lenses are incorrect. This latest order is unusable. Disappointed.

Really bad experience, their lab is like a blackhole with no transparency. They broke my frame and claimed to order a new pair and just kept me waiting forever without any following update.

I had a challenging experience with Lensabl. I am satisfied with the final lenses I received on a pair of prescription glasses however the experience overall was frustrating, and a huge let down. Terrible communication from their team. Glasses ended up taking 3 times longer then what was promised (over a full month). The most disappointing aspect was that the date just kept getting pushed back every time the promised date came and went, with the explanation that it had to be remade each time. If you read carefully in their FAQ they reserve the right during the QC process, to remake lenses that don’t past checks- a perfectly crafted excuse to delay your order that you can’t argue against. But having to be remade 3 times seems less likely. Keep reading reviews and you will see my experience is not isolated. Would rather have had Lensabl be honest ahead of time if they were experiencing longer lead times instead of dragging it out every 10 days. Horrible.

Worst customer service experience I have had with a company. I mailed them some frames and realized before they even arrived at their location, so still in the mail, that I sent the wrong frames. I immediately called and left a voicemail letting them know as soon as they arrived to place them to the side. After a week and realizing I would rather have the money than take the time to send the right frames and deal with that hassle I told them to just send them back. I paid extra for ROUND TRIP overnight shipping anyways. I kept getting ignored and eventually they said they would charge me $25 for cancelling and return shipping. When I pointed out they hadn’t even been started, they told me they had actually started to work on them despite having an email and voicemail from me instructing them not to and having a reply from them saying they would be placed on hold. This was over a month ago. I am close to contacting my bank because they are holding the frames and my money hostage. They are not returning my calls, they won’t return my emails. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMBAGS!
