I ordered my glasses a long time ago. Then my frames were broken and the got new ones from SLYK. Then I was told they would be done in 5-7 business days. Then then never came. I reached out multiple times without success. Finally they came about 6-7 weeks after i initially ordered. I really don’t remember it was so long ago! I doubt that i will do this again. The first time was very quick. This was a nightmare!

I sent in lenses for my Tom Ford glasses, and needed those lenses to be made for my prescription. I also provided my glasses model number. Completely new frames were made and those frames do not fit my glasses.

Worse experience I ever had with a company. Everything was unprofessional. Every time I acquired by my glasses the lenses weren’t right imperfections took two and a half months, to get them back and they weren’t even glass lenses cheap plastic for $97. This company should be ashamed of itself ripping people off like that

Hi! So sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. If there are any imperfections at all, we may re-process your lenses so they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. We do not guarantee a date of completion until the lenses have passed final quality check and a shipping label has been printed. We do not sell GLASS lenses on our website. We haven't had this as an option for about 3 years now. We currently offer CR39, Polycarbonate, Trivex, 1.67 and 1.74 high index. During the ordering process, you are presented with the lens materials that we offer and you select which material you would like your order to be completed with.

I ordered replacement sunglass lenses with an estimated manufacturing time of 3-5 days. After paying hundreds of dollars and waiting 4 weeks I got my frames back with red tinted lenses in them. Totally unsuitable for wearing in the sun. No polarization, no glare reduction, would make driving dangerous as they turn everything red, and they look stupid.

I received lenses that were not made consistent with the prescription and instructions 3 times. It took more than 2 months just to get to sets of lenses made for a reading prescription. The customer service was horrible. The communication was terrible. All in all, I would like to be able to give Zero stars, but that is not an option here.

I cannot recommend this service. First, my order took more than six weeks to fulfill, during which time I lost use of my glasses. This was well beyond the delivery estimate they provided. Second, they returned glasses with lenses of the wrong prescription. Third, one of the lenses wasn't even mounted to the glasses. Fourth, they refused to issue a refund. Finally, they sent me *over 60 spam emails* despite the fact that I clearly did not opt-in to their email marketing. I honestly can say I was shocked at how poor the quality of service and customer support was. I generally don't write reviews but this experience was truly bad.
