Took them 2 months to make my lens. I didn't send in my Bose Soprano Frames thinking they should be able to make my lens without it since they also sell the frames with the lens as an option. I asked them and they confirmed that I can get the lens without sending in frames. Took them forever. When I finally got my lens, I had to send both lens and frames (with original case and non-prescription lenses) so they can install the lens - I did this after I brought both lens and frames to my clinic to verify that the lenses did not fit the frame. They verified so back they went. When I finally received my frames, they had installed a very different set of lenses! I feel so cheated! They didn't give me my original order! I had initially asked for Gold Mirrored Polarized lenses with the thinnest index. They stripped all that away and gave me the cheapest lenses with no options I paid for. And they refused refunds over and over again! I followed their terms and conditions but to no avail. Beware! They will NOT refund your money even if it's justified and within their terms and conditions.

Your company lost my frames. Took a month for me to follow up to let me know. Took another 2 weeks to order my frames. Been 2 months and still not done

Horrible false advertising that they put anti-scratch coating on my glasses. They are so scratched I can't even see out of them. Contacted them they could care less. Horrible customer service quick to take money, But not to solve problems! STAY AWAY

Very difficult company to deal with. I will never use them again. Warby Parker has much better customer service. I ordered a prescription lense for my new Bose audio glasses. I provided the dr prescription and after manufacturing malfunction I finally got the lenses. However I could not see through them. Company blamed me for providing wrong order type. Extremely frustrating and still not resolved.

I purchased lenses and they were put on a little to the side and the lenses they use are cheap knock offs from who knows where. Stay with a brand name and do not use this company. I ate $300 and went to a legit place to fix this mistake. Stay away.

Turnaround time was ridiculously long. It took a month to make and install my lenses. My sunglasses also came back with scratches around the frame that cannot be repaired. It’s obvious that they scratched my frame while installing the lenses.

Terrible company. They screwed up my prescription then blamed me. They didn't honor their return policy

Have never dealt with a company that treats its customers with such extreme indifference. They are cavalier and cocky with their responses and they hide behind fine print in order to steal from their customers. Sent in a brand-new pair of Bose Tempo glasses. The lenses on these are extremely easy to pop in and out as it is not a full frame. Had new lenses made, they never sent my brand new stock lenses back. From the beginning they have been avoiding and then throwing out there talk of “oh you signed the fine print so you agreed that this could happen” blah, blah.. Took over 2 months to get my glasses back and the lenses are not right. I communicated with Lensabl about the blurred vision looking anywhere but straight ahead & immediately they came back saying that I need to go to my eye doctor and get my eyes checked. I had sent them a valid prescription that was less than a year old. All of my other glasses are that prescription and there are no issues. They then came back and said oh now it’s because you have astigmatism that’s why you can’t have these glasses! Yet they were very willing to take the money and make the lenses. Everything with them is an excuse, a flat out lie, or blame shifting. They flippantly offered for me to send the glasses back, they said they would check them to the prescription and if they felt they were okay they would send them back and that I would have to go get my eyes checked. After being treated with such indifference & disdain by their reps, I feel that sending them back would be another waste of time and resources. Have to cut my losses and now I’m stuck with a pair of glasses that I cannot use. To add insult to injury, if I want to put stock lenses in them, I now have to buy another pair because they decided to keep my originals. They are completely unwilling to work with me, to offer me any kind of credit whatsoever, they just hide behind their fine print. …… BE ASSURED YOU WILL RECEICE LOW TO POOR QUALITY & THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU WITH THEIR FLIMSY EXCUSE OF “FINE PRINT” CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SERVED UP WITH A MIDDLE FINGER RIGHT IN YOUR FACE!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AMD MONEY, AVOID THESE CHARLATANS. THE MULTITUDE OF 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON.
