If I could give a big ZERO then I would. One bad review after another everywhere online and how is it possible that you are still getting away with ripping people off. I should have researched and read more reviews beforehand.

My Problem: I ordered a pair of replacement lenses for my sunglasses and the lenses I received are disappointing at best. I ordered red mirrored lenses for sunglasses and got lenses that are barely dark and don’t really count as sunglasses without a red mirror finish. I wish I could say the customer experience was a decent one, however I had problems with the order from the start. Best option to get it fixed is to send them back and wait another month for my lens to be corrected, and I need to verify my measurements at a local eye physician to ensure the prescription is correct. Side note I have a pair of normal glasses for inside use with the same prescription from a local place that are great. At this point I wish I never placed my order and went to Costco for new lenses and frames of what I wanted at half the price of these lenses. Concerns and Problems with the order: I ordered lens on August 30th and sent the frames with old lens using the label provided On September 6th tracking indicated that they package was delivered Notified that my package was lost Once they found the box a few days later, I was notified they had lost my sunglasses because it was separated from the box Informed after multiple phone calls to look at the new pair of replacement lenses This was incorrect because they found my sunglasses in the box at the lab, shipment processing mistake I was repeatedly contacted because I was missing information on my order for prescription and measurements Upon calling several times when notified to remedy the missing information I was told the information was already on the order I had supplied everything in the order at the time of purchase I had to retake my photos and send it to the customer service person Finally on September 26th I got my sunglasses back, and what a heartbreaking disappointment The lens don’t really qualify as sunglasses, barely any dark tint and I have seen early transitions darker then these lenses The red mirror finish I requested wasn’t present, barely a red tint to them Perception was incorrect due to probably wrong measurements Customer service states they are sorry it will take another 3 weeks to 1 month to correct the lens, this is assuming that all of the previous problems don’t surface again So I’m out my favorite pair of sunglasses and I medically need to operate outside, which for anyone without that fact still sucks I have to go to back to the eye physician in order to get measurements for the lens What is the point of this service then?

I got a pair of Ray-Ban Stories as a gift. Needed RX lenses, so I googled and got lensabl.com. Placed an order online, no problem. The next day, I checked with Customer Service. Chat online with Christian. Nice enough guy, tried to help. Said I could have the lenses made without sending in the frames. Yay. Faster turnaround. He said he would check with the lab for me to confirm. Another day. I get a message from Christian that I must send in the frames after all as the lab does not have a template for these frames. A pain, but fair enough. I send in the frames, they take a week to get there. They show up in the tracking system. I get an email the following Monday - we have received your frames, turnaround time: 6 days. On Friday, FIVE full working days later, I got an email from someone ELSE at customer service. They inform me, "We don't make lenses for Ray Ban Stories. It isn't authorized. We can send your frames back, we will deduct the shipping charge from your refund." Oh hell no. You knew for two weeks what kind of frames this was for. The lab knew because they said they did not have a template for them. Now you want me to pay you to send them back? I should have read the reviews before I ordered but I have bought several pairs of glasses online from other vendors and the experience has been excellent.Lensabl.com SUCKS.

I’d give no stars if that was an option. I had to send them back for a second try only for them to come back wrong again and now you want to try for a third time. Seriously.

Not a professional company. They drag out the order for a month and then tell you they can’t use the PD you uploaded and it’s your fault. Then if you ask for your glasses back they try to charge you after they haven’t done any service.

I have two ongoing orders attempting to be completed. So this is a review in progress if you will. I originally sent in glasses to get new lenses. I received them back fairly quickly (I'm at an APO in Germany, so shipping is inherently slow). Upon initial wear, I noticed that the scrip in the right eye was off. I took them to the optometrist where I'm at and they confirmed that the right eye had the wrong scrip in it. Customer service was great in helping me send the glasses back to get redone. I then received the redone glasses about a month or two later and to my dismay, I found that the prescription for the left eye was in the right lens and vice versa. So now lensabl offered to just send redone lenses to me, instead of having to ship my glasses back again. I'm now waiting on the 3rd set of lenses and I hope these are correct. The other set of glasses I have been waiting on since late July and they have not passed quality control and haven't been shipped to me. I have pretty high astigmatism in my right eye but I sent lensabl an email with the name and specs for the frame and my prescription and they replied and said they could do it, so I sent them in. I have emailed them asking for an update and they replied that sometimes it can take a while due to quality and coatings. I really hope to be getting what I ordered soon, as I have been waiting a while to wear some new glasses. I don't think I will be ordering from Lensabl again even though they had pretty great customer service. Update 29 Sept: I received the replacement lenses and they are working out well. However. the right lens is still a bit off. I will not ask for another set of replacement lenses. I am also still waiting on my second order to arrive.

they are too irresponsible at the time of delivery, they say a date and do not meet it, customer service is a constant mockery. I do not recommend them at all

It took six weeks to get my glasses. Customer service kept sending me the same boilerplate response when I inquired about my order.
