1) it took FOREVER to get my glasses. The whole experience took more than a month. 2) my vision with them is VERY different than my other glasses with the same prescription 3) I had ordered a another pair to have those lenses replaced, and it took 6 weeks for you all to let me know that the glasses would not look or act ANYTHING like they did with the old prescription. In short, it was a total waste of money and time to interact with you all, and now I have a pair of completely useless glasses on my hands that were very expensive.

Everything went wrong. They took my PD measurement by a photo like they said they could. I couldn’t wear the glasses without feeling cross eyed. I had a local optical store measure and I gave lensabl the measurements. It was better but still not right. Feeling like I shouldn’t have to keep going through that, I asked for a refund because their policy basically states they won’t refund unless it’s their error. I didn’t see it as anyone’s error. But! They kept my money. Close to $500. Not good customer service at all, and personally, I feel it was a bit unethical and definitely very greedy.

My glass frame wasn't true before the lenses were made. This resulted in a pair of crooked glasses. I can't even correct it because of my astigmatism. I paid for high-index lenses, but the lenses I got were thick. The lenses were inferior to the pair from my optometrist in every way.

Horrible experience, glasses were super late (more than 3 weeks) and came with one lens loose!! Contacted customer service and didn’t get response back or issue resolved. Not coming back again!!!!

They cannot cut the lense shapes correctly. Twice this has happened! Then they squeeze the lenses into the frames which results in misshapen frames! Two times this has happened. The frames are not the same after this. I will never again go to Lensabl again.

Not only did the glasses arrive late, very very late, but they are paper weights. Complete trash lenses, an absolute waste of time and money. Should have done my homework first and read all the negative reviews. They are not wrong, buyer beware, you have been warened!!!

I ordered transitions lenses and they don't get nearly dark enough. The initial lenses we also cut to the wrong size and kept popping out. Lensabl fixed the sizing issue (thank you) but still didn't fix the darkness problem. I asked customer service to change me over to regular perscription sunglasses without transition but they wouldn't do it. Disappointed overall.

I wanted to not have to get my eyes tested because I don't have insurance. 25 seemed a great price. I Should've known better. I paid money for them to tell me I need to go to an eye doctor. Thanks.
