Loan was easy to apply for and Mauricio was very helpful throughout the process. I can always get in touch with him if needed. Loan is a bit high on interest but I can refinance once my credit improves. I just started this program so not a long term customer. I have good expectations.

So far so good. Process was easy. Partnership with ClearOne to provide the money for finishing up my settlements. Now they can offer payoffs without monthly plans. I don't have much experience yet with this, but Mauricio was knowledgeable and I am confident this was a good choice.

SCAM. interest fee my tail. I paid off in 2 payments. Then I receive an email stating my loan is due for $65. I contact them and they said since my first payment was lost in the mail the interest fee was added, but after I paid loan off. I was told I wouldn't be penalized for lost check. This is after I submitted documents for the first check, that I believe they received and held, and re issued the payment. They called me 3 times a week reminding of payment soon to be due. So I paid it off so they can quit calling all day during my meetings. What a shame. And if you try to email customer service it emails you back stating that email DO NOT EXIST . Wow

Customer Service Supervisor Arman deserves a raise. I spoke with Arman twice in less than 20min. On our 1st conversation although he did not have a solution and LENDINGUSA was not at fault he was professional and remorseful about my issues. Upon our second conversation Arman provided me the absolute best solution. LENDINGUSA and Arman allowed me to sleep at ease tonight thanks to their solution.
