The customer service experience was great. The reason for the low score is the high interest rate. $5k interest on a 10k loan is insane! I have a very good credit score which makes this more disappointing.

Paid my loan way before it was due to be paid out. They kept calling me in the end even said my account was 29 days behind. My account wasn't due to be paid in full until Feb 2024. I paid the account out and told them not to call me anymore. Always called for automated payments even though I kept refusing

I would not recommend this lender.

I didn't appreciate being lied to, the day you folks did my credit check, I was told that it would be a soft inquiry, Not A Hard Inquiry, again Thanks for liein to be, and also I don't deserve a High Interest Rate Neither. That's my feeling, to whom it may concern. Michael Lester.

I have had problems paying the contracted amount nearly each month. The automated system does not authenticate based on my atm personal information previously provided. I go through the system asking preset questions for me being rejected, and terminated by the telephone computer system! I end up calling again to talk to a live person, which I must wait an excessive amount of time. I have waited 20-30 minutes at times to talk to someone. One thing I can say positive is that the representatives are respectful in conversation, but the system of customer service is awful.I dread doing business or calling Lending USA. Additionally the interest rate is astronomical.

The process was easy, everything seemed to be going well, spoke w/Alex who was very positive and professional and said I had been approved pending receipt of docs., gave me the interest rate, monthly payment amount but failed to mention the rest; until at the very end he called to say that my income was a bit less than I had listed and I mentioned that they asked for gross not net and when they looked into my checking account they require debt to income of $500 for past 90 days and I was at $300. I then said you could have told me that from the very beginning and nobody's time would have been wasted, especially mine. Very deceiving. They do require that you provide them with your online checking account login information which I was really hesitant to do and waited a while before I did. I would recommend for anyone readying this to change your login info. as soon as possible; which I did. Just be honest and upfront from the very beginning and all this could have been avoided. Alex made it sound like there were no problems. Maybe I should have asked more questions but what do I know. Not upset about not getting the loan, just the lack of honesty and just telling it like it is from the beginning.

I was just approved. But there's something weird going on once I did the bank verification. I have yet to receive a call or e-mail back from my loan coordinator! Now I'm trying to call LendingUSA directly to speak to someone else and I'm getting an automated message about "not calling during business hours" but then they go on to say their hours of operation 7am-6pm. Very strange that I'm not getting a hold of anyone!!

I was told a $25 gift certificate would be sent to me as a promotion for signing up with automatic direct withdrawal. A month later I realized nobody was going to send me the gift certificate. I called customer service after a month had passed, the agent said because it had been a month the promo was over and argued with me. I will never see that $25 gift certificate. Not worth it. Liars!
