I was notified that Lending USA had an opportunity to consolidate my debts with the settlement company managing my creditor accounts. Alex Ordonez was excellent in providing the understanding of and processes that would take place to consolidate my debts. He was forthright and sincere in what the expectations should be. I just took a loan from LendingUSA, and was charged a hidden fee of 8% of the total loan amount. This was rolled into the loan principal amount. It was called Loan Origination Fee. This was despite my requests of sharing any hidden fee info before I signed the documents. Would not recommend them. Updated April 24,2021 LendingUSA refunded the 8% origination fee that they charged me. They were prompt in responding to me and in providing the refund.
