Throughout the process, everyone was kind and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't know what all questions to ask, and they didn't volunteer the rather high origination fee (whatever they called it) nor did the exorbitant interest rate, which is higher than I was paying on any of the debt I was trying to get lowered, come up until the final "sign these documents" was done.

Still in the process, so will see. Think some that I’ve talked to already are lacking a little knowledge & professionalism. More like you are speaking to a debt collector & have not completely received the loan. Also get a text to set up my portal, doesn’t work, so I called them. Have to wait a week. Why send text if it’s not up & running.

Agent was in such a hurry, I couldn't keep up. I had to ask him several times to slow down. I hated the entire call. I felt rushed, unheard, and confused. I agreed with the terms just to get off the call ! Sorry, but this is a big step and no one should feel that uncomfortable.

very disappointed with Manuel i continually had to call finally asked for a supervisor. the communication between GRT financial and lending U S A then after i got approved which GRT told me not Lending Usa what a run around. then GRT got better payoffs than had expected after the loan was approved for a higher payoff amount. So I am over paying my loan and GRT has more funds than needed which means my loan should have been reworked with a lower loan not tacked on to the principal at the end Mffff

I do appreciate the result because my consolidation loan was approved, thank you! I would suggest better communication, however. I would think that someone would give their client weekly updates of the process. I had to initiate all follow up. I was finally told that the process takes 5-8 weeks just before I received the answer last week. I do not see that any payoffs have been made so will follow up again next week.

The first people I dealt with Daniel and Fred were great. Great job to them. The others were terrible. They either called way after they were supposed to or didn't call at all. The first girl i talked to had no clue of what was going on. Very poor customer service on their part.

Slow communication with the company. Other than that I am fine with them.

It was a fine experience, we thought, in taking this step. It went fairly smoothly and thought (which is the magic word here) that all was well. Last month, we weren't surprised that both the other loan that was supposed to be paid by this one, we had to pay but figured it was so close to the due date that the process hadn't had time to finish. Image our surprise this month, when we are STILL paying on BOTH loans!!!! No excuse for this and unable to talk with anyone on the phone. I've been on the phone with both companies today and cannot get any kind of answer.
