payout has been failing for 3 months, and Lemon Squeezy did nothing, did not reply, didn't show any initiative, they are completely silent as if they closed the shop!

Plugin doesn’t work correctly, won’t refund my money. I have to file a chargeback… Stupid. I should have looked at the reviews before trying this company out.

Lemon Squeezy has been charging my credit card $10+ every month. I have no idea how they have been able to do this. I tried contacting the company to cancel these charges (I didn't even ask for a refund) and they provided no way to cancel. I will have to instruct my credit card company to cancel the next time a charge is made, but this will require some effort. Somebody should stop this company's fraudulent practices.

Trying to publish ONE children's ebook. Written by a 9-year-old girl. Illustrated by her mother. Provided: Two Instagram accounts (700+ followers, 100+ posts) Pinterest Facebook page with full product details and sample pages The book itself uploaded to their platform Day 3. Store still not activated. Now they're demanding full PDF copies via email. No security guarantee. No explanation how files won't be leaked. This is intellectual property. I will not email full copies to anyone. The product is already on their platform. They can buy it to verify content like any customer. Three days of back-and-forth for ONE children's book. Either activate today or I'm taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time with this platform if you value your work.

Atrocious. I was rejected with no communication or reason. Chat help is terrible AI that sends you around in circles. Good luck finding a support email. When I did, took weeks to get a response. Still with no reason as to why I was rejected. How do they expect to get business, win new customers? I "walked across the road" and was approved by one of their competitors immediately without fuss! Lemon Squeezy - time is ticking on their existence. Avoid.

2 weeks no response to my important Support Questions. They decline my Affiliates who wanna promote my Products (wtf?). They post everyday serveral times on x.com but never answer your Supportquestions. They have serveral sensible technically issue on their Platform with taxation and so on and so on. Was a huge Mistake to go for lemonsqueezy, seriously avoid that company and Product.

I applied to sell a web-based calculator. A calculator. The most harmless digital product conceivable — the kind of tool that ships pre-installed on every phone and computer on the planet. A product accepted without question by every legitimate payment processor and merchant platform I approached. Lemon Squeezy rejected it. The problems started before they even got to the rejection. The application process itself was clunky, frustrating, and riddled with issues — a fitting preview of how the rest of the experience would go. For a company that sells itself on simplicity and developer friendliness, their own onboarding process was an embarrassment. Not only did they reject it, they wouldn't tell me why. During the entire application process, communication was virtually nonexistent — unprofessional to the point of being insulting. They demanded personal information including a license, sat on it, and then delivered a rejection so vague it bordered on parody. "Totality of data." "Guided by regulations." Not one specific reason. Not one actionable word. Just corporate gibberish designed to end a conversation they never had the courage to properly start. No appeal. No transparency. No basic professional courtesy. When I pushed back asking what could possibly have flagged a calculator, I was met with silence. I then had to formally demand they delete my personal data — data this company had absolutely no legitimate reason to hold onto. Reading the other reviews here it's clear this isn't incompetence. Incompetence is random. This is consistent. This is a company that wastes developers' time, collects their personal information, and hides behind meaningless boilerplate when it suits them. There are platforms run by professionals who respect the people building on them. Lemon Squeezy is not one of them. Avoid completely.
