Impossible to verify my identity therefore I cant activate store or sell items. When I use help bot it has no idea. it just says government issued id. I uploaded scanned copies of licence, passport, birth certificate, medicare card. All are classed as fraudulent or invalid. When questioned further the AI has no idea as to why. The support article just says government ID. This is a very negative experience. I have emailed twice with no response. I am giving them 2 business days to fix the issue and apologise.

Avoid at all costs! Buggy, terrible customer service, regular interruptions of service, basic functions on admin backend don't work (order export) have been trying to reach them since 6 weeks. Have not even received a ticket received email. If you re a plugin maker go to Moonbase, 100x better!

I'm among the thousands of deceived users who have trusted this aweful and thieving company. They owe me thousands of dollars and they still havent sent my payouts after 6 months. Their customer service is aweful and unhelpful. They are real thieves, I cant believe they are allowed to do business like that. I regret not checking online reviews before using their service. I am extremely disappointed with Lemon Squeezy’s support and risk management team. My store was recently flagged and suspended by their Risk Team without any valid reason or explanation. I have processed 4 digital orders through Lemon Squeezy, and 100% of these orders were fully delivered and fulfilled over 3 weeks ago. There are ZERO disputes, ZERO chargebacks, and ZERO unhappy customers. I have full documentation for every transaction, including delivery logs, invoice receipts, and direct WhatsApp customer conversations confirming complete satisfaction and receipt of their products.I have offered to submit all proof and delivery documents multiple times, but the team has stopped responding. Withholding a legitimate business owner's cleared payout for over three weeks while completely ignoring communication is completely unacceptable. I demand that the Risk Team manually review my submitted proofs, restore my account, and release my pending balance on the upcoming September 14th payout. I am ready to resolve this immediately if someone from management or risk actually reviews my case.

I wasn't scammed in any way. I just really didn't like how they spent a week trying to approve my account. I tried to convince them by email and sent videos of my service in action. They only responded after a few days. I just got tired of it and used a different service. I don't recommend it.

I provided the documentation they asked for and fully cooperated with the verification process. Yet after wasting more than a week of my time, I was left with nothing but a rejection. The entire process also felt unnecessarily complicated and, at times, subjective. I cannot speak to how their internal decisions are made, but based on my personal experience, it felt as though my application was being judged on an individual basis rather than evaluated through a clear, transparent verification process. In my case, my communication was primarily with Tanay, and unfortunately, that was the impression I was left with. What makes this even more frustrating is how Lemon Squeezy is presented online as one of the easiest platforms for creators and digital-product businesses. That was absolutely not my experience. And I will be very clear about another part of this: I will be sharing this experience with the YouTube creators and bloggers whose step-by-step tutorials led me to Lemon Squeezy in the first place. I spent more than a week of my time following these guides and trusting the information presented in them. They made the process look straightforward and easy. In reality, my experience involved extensive documentation, repeated back-and-forth communication, a lengthy verification process, and ultimately a rejection without a clear reason. If people are publishing step-by-step tutorials about a platform and telling others, “This is how you do it,” then that information needs to reflect the current reality, not an outdated or overly simplified version of the process. Because if I had known from the beginning that I could spend a full week providing documents, answering questions, submitting proof, and still be rejected without a clear explanation, I would never have started this process. I would have simply spent that time building my own e-commerce website and connecting a payment solution. So, Lemon Squeezy, thank you for making me spend a week learning a very expensive lesson about choosing the right platform. Extremely disappointing first experience. Zero transparency. Far more complicated than advertised. And absolutely not what I expected from a platform positioning itself as a simple solution for selling digital products.
