Our firm does not make any guarantees as to outcome or specific timeframe. --Most matters can be resolved in a short period of time, often as quick as just a few months, but there are situations which may cause a claim to take longer. --For example, in the event a manufacturer does not wish to amicably resolve the matter, a lawsuit may be required, which could extend the time until resolution. Cases with more complex issues may also take additional time. --When these situations arise, we zealously advocate for clients and thoroughly counsel them on all courses of action.
