Lemon Law Group was awesome. Hannah Maurer was especially great. After failed attempts to being generous to and trying to work it out with Chrysler, I had to resort to going Through The Lemon Law Group. I am glad I did. They made it simple and got it handled. It's unfortunate that Chrysler couldn't do the right thing. I purchase new vehicles every two years and will not support this company in the future strictly out of how they handled this case. I'm glad to own a Ford, GMC, and a chevrolet. Nothing is perfect, but they do a better job in customer service. BuyAmerican! Chrysler is now owned buy Fiat-That means Fix it again Tony, and let the customer suffer.

This was by far the best service to receive, especially with this being my first time dealing with a defective car. They informed me on how the Lemon Law works and were very helpful in every step of the process. They were able to obtain a high cash offer and pushed even further to finally get a repurchase offer from my car's manufacturer, which is very difficult to achieve when dealing with certain manufacturers. All of this happened in about 3 months and their responses were quick to any questions I had . I was completely satisfied with the outcome and the experience overall. Have to admit, when I first contacted Lemon Law Group I was Skeptical. I thought it sounded to good to be true but I was wrong. I sent them the information they requested and in a short time I had the automotive people setting up an appointment to try and fix my car. When they couldn't, they made an offer to me to pay for my inconveniency. With advice from the folks from Lemon Law Group, I was able to counter their offer and they agreed. To Good To Be True? You lied to me, left me stuck with this junk, refused my phone calls. Took the money to get paid only. No return calls , very disappointed . Will not recommend or use again
