The Lemon Law group assisted us with our claim against our vehicle manufacturer. It was a long process involving months of going back and forth, sending demand letter after demand letter and rejecting one settlement offer after another, but they helped us ultimately get everything from our manufacturer we set out to get without having to file a lawsuit; the manufacturer repurchased our vehicle at our original purchase price from the dealership! This otherwise onerous process was made completely painless thanks to their expertise, patience, and hand-holding throughout the process. It was comforting knowing that no matter how long we used their legal services, that there was only one flat fee, and that we wouldn’t have to pay if we didn’t have a case that was decided in our favor – it gave us the ability to have nothing to lose by using their services. Before we came across them, we had reached out to and spoke with multiple attorneys in our state (Arkansas) along with another state where we purchased the vehicle (Tennessee). We couldn't find a lawyer in either of those two states who would take our case.
