2017 Lexus Leased RX 350 F SPORT
2017 Lexus Leased RX 350 F SPORT My car has a problem for the transmission on 6k miles and it replaced on 10k miles. Until the transmission replaced, the check engine lights came up 4 times and I dropped my car off at the dealership. I submitted my case on the end of March and I got its result on the mid of May. It takes about one and half month. When I have a question, they always cleared all what I was curious. Excellent process and communication. I definitely recommend this company, not others.
