I fought with Ford for 2 years . I bought my 2016 Ford Explorer brand new. After 2 months I began to have front end problems. In and out of the dealership for repair after repair, and opening a case with Ford , I was told by Ford the problems where “ a common characteristic of the vehicle “. Even after replacing basically the whole front end. Ford was going to do nothing with my Explorer to satisfy me knowing how dissatisfied I was with their product. I felt stuck with a defensive vehicle and there was nothing I could do about it. It felt like the old tail of David vs Goliath. I reached out to the Lemmon Law Group and with 2 months they got Ford to buy back my Explorer! They fought for me took the stress of feeling helpless to feeling vindicated. Lemmon Law Group is fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Lemon Law Group, at which time I was not even sure if I had a case. After a brief conversation with an associate at Lemon Law Group, I was assured I had a case which could be pursued. The legal team did all the work and they negotiated a very good settlement, and worked out the repairs, with the manufacturer. It never hurts to make a call, you may have a case which will allow you to get the wrong, corrected.
