This is an absolutely amazing Law Firm. Randy Dunbar was prompt, diligent, and detail in his communication and he always followed up the phone call with an immediate email. I bought a 2017 Luxury lemon. They got all our money back and the manufacture paid off the vehicle completely. It’s called a Buy back? Waste of time! I bought a new car, in less than a year, it was at the dealer over 50 days. For the same thing. I'm not sure if they ever found out what is wrong with the car. but because it is running fine now, for a week . LLG dropped my case because Chrysler denied the first demand letter. Spend 2 months on LLG Not even sure they looked at all the papers I submitted.
