Not that Satisfied Thus Far!
I have tried calling this law firm to speak to someone on my case several times and every time they are not available. They call me back and leave a voicemail but when I try returning I have the same issue not being able to speak to anyone. It was not until today I was able yo speak to someone. Also was advised the fed would be 3000 for this case but if they settled for 12k why would I only received between 1k-3k if the fee was only 3k for the attorney. This math doesn’t add up to me. So far I’m not satisfied!

I had a very positive experience with…
I had a very positive experience with The Lemon Law Group. Specifically the interaction with the arbitrator who kept me informed on a timely basis. The vehicle manufacturer in my case was very slow in my opinion responding to my case. Having said that, the team at Lemon Law Group did their best to get my case resolved. In the end I was satisfied with the results and I know that I could never have achieved on my own what the Group was able to accomplish. Well done!

We contacted the Lemon Law Group after…
We contacted the Lemon Law Group after many months of recurring issues and frustration with our new automobile. LLG listened to our concerns and suggested that we move forward with a claim against the automaker. We forwarded all repair documents to LLG and they began the process. LLG updated us weekly on status, answering any questions, and they responded promptly to our requests for information. A few short months later, LLG informed us that they had negotiated an settlement with the manufacturer. LLG explained the offer and we accepted. We are very pleased with the settlement as well as LLG's perfromance. If you are frustrated with chronic new car issues and meet the Lemon Law requirements, your first call should be to the Lemon Law Group.
