So where should I start. I think I will put some of the negative reviews to rest; my case was opened with this firm on my behalf in April 2021 and it is now Decemeber 2021 and my case has been handled, wrapped up and completed at this time. I am on paperwork thus I cannot reveal who the company I fought with is or the amount of money; if any which was awarded in this settlement. That being said. I have a 2020 New vehicle bought with 12 miles on it, after 1 year it had a severe factory defect which put it out of commission for 6 months plus; many issues with the repair work and how this big company I fought addressed me and the dealership workers were very sour the entire time and playing around it seemed. I was offered no lending vehicle from the dealer as they did not have any and would not even attempt to accommodate me or my needs, I reached out to the firm over this and within 2 weeks they had made the car manufacturer agree to foot the bill for a rental if I needed it. First time they went to bat for me at the firm and nailed it. Now some details, when it comes to Lemon Law car manufacturers and dealerships are sneaky snaked that will try to trip you up or cause you to mess up your case; tread carefully and understand these lawyers are fighting shady business men to represent you and it takes time and effort on YOUR BEHALF and the LAWYERS for this to work out well for you. I filed my lawsuit day one my car went into the shop before I even knew it was a factory defect but I had a suspicious feeling and so did LLG so they took my case. This was my first ever time in the legal arena btw, if you listen to LLG and follow their instructions to the T and do your part they will take care of you and get you everything you can get out of it. Document everything, get signatures, copies.. make the dealership produce what you need on paper with accurate and borderline anal details on what happened with the vehicle and how many attempts they have made to repair it with ALL THE WORK DONE even if the work did not fix the problem. YOU NEED IT ALL FROM THEM IN PAPER AND MAKE THEM SIGN IT, THEY HAVE TO PRODUCE AND CONFORM LEGALLY. Don't back down. The first offers I got were trash but I refused to accept and told my lawyers we will go to litigation and trial over this if need be, which costs money folks the way it is but you gotta be prepared for a fight so expect this if you need to go this route. However once I stood my ground and made that clear the manufacturer came to the table with the firm and offered me a handsome sum of cash to go away; lawyer fees included. Check was mailed promptly and everything was so easy and smooth it was unbelievable for me, you just need to be on top of your game and give the firm ammunition for their guns and they will seal the deal, check cleared in 12 hours. Good business, excellent communication the firm always letting me know what was happening and what I needed to do or the paperwork they needed. Don't drag your feet and the firm won't either. Maria Hannah is the best ever. Leonel "Leo" Sanchez is the GOAT love him to death. Jeff Cheap, never had personal dealings with him but he was a CC on my case and I imagine he was overseeing in the background so big ups! At the end of the day I WOULD RECOMMEND LLG TO ANYONE HAVING LEMON ISSUES, I just cannot say enough great things about this firm and the people I had the pleasure of dealing with during this process. DO YOUR PART AS THE CUSTOMER OF THIS FIRM AND THEY WILL GET YOU WHAT YOU CAN GET FOR YOUR CASE. I GOT PAID IN LESS THAN A YEAR, I DID MY PART TO THE T. THANK YOU SO MUCH LLG. Using these lawyers is a waste time and money. They are the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure to work with. The few services that they provided could easily be done without them. They don’t follow up. I always had to call and email them to find out how the case was proceeding. Regrettably, a week was lost because the lawyer didn’t advised me that the car company responded. It was only after my additional follow up that the lawyer emailed “I thought I forwarded it to you, but it was apparently stuck in my drafts folder.” How unprofessional! I sent the final signed release back on October 5. Then on October 11, the assistant actually sent an email “I am following up on the signed release, please advise.” I had copied the “team” as well and after another week’s delay the assistant emailed back “Yes, it for some reason did not come through to me. The attorney forwarded it to me and I have processed it.” On September 17 at 2:17 p.m., the lawyer emailed “I believe it is the final offer. I would like to discuss this with you on Monday if possible.” Before I could respond at 3:29 p.m. he sent another email stating that they accepted my proposal so his advice was not reliable. From my experience I would not recommend using Lemon Law Group Partners, PLC.
