Horrible company. I ordered my item 2 months ago and never heard back. Emailed the company and never heard back. COntacting my credit company to get my $ back. DO NOT do business with them!

Fraud. I emailed customer support asking where my shipment was after 15 days of placing order. They told me to wait a few day for the carrier to update tracking. Waited 5 more days and I emailed asking for a refund. They said they can’t because it was on sale and it already shipped. I waited a few more days and sent another email requesting tracking update and a refund since I never received my order. They told me it just shipped from the facility and is expected to arrive in the US in 15 more days. They just tell you excuse after excuse and really have know idea about my order or it’s whereabouts. So much for US made like their ad suggested. My kids are so bummed that their Easter gift will not be arriving. SCAM.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a paint by numbers kit as well as a build a ukelele kit from this company. I ordered over 3 weeks ago. I emailed at the 3week mark saying I wanted to cancel as the items had not been shipped and it was significantly past their "ships within 48 hours." I was told I couldn't cancel the order. Immediately after I got an email with a tracking number. That tracking number is a fake number and doesn't actually link to a shipping company. I'm pretty sure I will never get the 2 items I paid $50 for. UPDATE: it has been 6 weeks total since ordering at this point and nothing has further progressed from the last time I posted when I got tracking numbers (3 weeks ago)... so six weeks and my products still have not shipped. Reached out multiple times and no help.

Just check out their policies before you buy - this "business" engages in all sorts of shady practices, including refusing to accept returns on "sale" items (every item on the site is always on "sale"). I tried to cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it, after understanding what a mistake I'd made, but despite advertising 24/7/365 customer service, I never received responses from my first or my follow-up cancellation requests. It was only when I tried to cancel a third time, after I'd received a partial shipping advisory, that someone contacted me and told me they couldn't cancel because I hadn't reached out to them within their 24 hour deadline from ordering. This led to an absolutely surreal odyssey of e-mail transactions with their "customer service" department, which was very obviously a single person masquerading as at least two others - all e-mailing me from the same gmail address.

DON'T buy here!!!!!!!! This firm betrays! We ordered a lamp on their website and got a totally different lamp. It has no black reck like on the pictures. And imagine what?! The Customer service wrote us that they have written that the material is iron and wood. But why they don't publish the right pictures of the lamp they sell? Our lamp has no black reck, it is only wooden. And they say us that they don't take it back because the product is in sale (like all their products). Although they send us the wrong article. Our Lawyer will follow that now. Never experienced such impudence!

A SCAM company, will take your money and then not give a damn about whether or not you receive your product. I should have known cause of the red flags: 1) No reviews for products 2) No social media presence 3) Every email from customer service comes with the copy pasted line: In case they do not give any specific answer, please contact USPS, who is mainly responsible for your package delivery, via this hotline number: 1-800-275-8777. Because they’ll ask you some questions about your detailed personal information, you’ll answer it cleared and easier than us. Hope for your kind understanding on this matter.

I paid an incredible amount of money for extremely poor-quality products. One of the lamps I purchased was actually defective/broken and they REFUSED to allow me to return it even just for an exchange of a non-broken one. I emailed back and forth with them over and over and they just kept saying the exact same thing back to me no matter what I said. I am contacting my credit card company to claim their charges as fraudulent, as they are going against their own policy by refusing to return the defective item .

This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. My wife ordered what we thought was high quality merchandise from Lemi Decor, only to find when it arrived, that it was junk and no where near the quality portrayed on the website. Several attempts were made to contact them to resolve the issue, but the company has no customer service phone number, address, or CEO. The email responses from the company are a joke, as they claim no matter what the item is, everything is on sale and even when it is not sale, they make the claim, so they do not have to issue a refund. I have offered to return the merchandise but Lemi Decor refuses to provide a shipping label or address. I have demanded a refund and asked direct questions via their email system of which they ignore with a sarcastic apology. What is worse, is that PayPal is not helping with this under their Buyer Protection Policy since I cannot return the merchandise. All I want is a refund for their garbage and they can have their garbage back. Buyer be ware, as they are a huge lying sham of company selling knockoffs from where ever they are made. I have also filed a complaint with US Better Business Bureau in an effort to stop their scamming of people.
