Terrible experience, identical to all of the others listed here. I checked them out a little bit before I purchased, but not enough. Also, Shopify needs to clean-up their operation and get rid of scammers.

This company is a complete scam. They have offered me three (3) different "tracking numbers" NONE of which indicate that a package has been sent anywhere. I ordered a ukelele kit from them on APRIL 10. As of today, JUNE 5, there is still no tracking information, anywhere, that shows that Lemi sent a package anywhere. None of them. I could make up tracking numbers too. Do not do any business with these dishonest people. There should be an option for negative stars.

I bought a couple of ukelele projects to build with my kids during shelter-in-place because I thought it would be a fun thing to do to turn an otherwise negative experience into a positive memory. The product that was demoed on the site appeared to be high-quality wood and worth the price of $35 (US), what I got was crappy balsa wood and plastic parts (fretboard, saddle, and bridge). The bridge had no way to thread the strings through, so they pop off every time my kids strums. I would've sent it back, but it already took two months to get here, and my kids were super excited (big mistake to tell them). When we got it, and the kids looked at it, they were utterly disappointed--I tried to make it right by putting them together by myself, but everything was so cheap that things were breaking off every five-minutes. I expected to get a product like in the pics and video on the website, which was medium-quality wood, and wooden fretboard and bridge, with parts that should've fit together cleanly. Instead, I got a product that wouldn't even pass muster for a 7-year old.

Terrible. Scamming people and never sending anything. Don't recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. After 2 months I got my package and by then it was too late for my twin granddaughters birthday. When it arrived the pieces were intact but there were no instructions, not even a single peice of paper. I've sent them an angry email, and told them I want a refund or send me instructions. Awful people!

Ordered a ukulele kit early April. In late april I asked where the package was and they sent me a tracking number showing it had not left port in China. Mid May the only tracking number I had said it was delivered. I initiated a conflict resolution with PayPal. Seller said their tracking number still said it was not delivered yet and to give it time. 23 May finally received. Packaging was damaged but product appears intact. No where do they say it ships direct from China and will take 45 days. Not a scam but not good business practices either. I suspect they are a drop shipper only and keep no inventory locally. I will not do business with them again. Buyer beware.

Very sketchy operation. Ordered something several weeks ago and it supposedly 'shipped' within a day or two but is nowhere to be found. Tracking information looks like it is just trying to string me along that there is actually a product on the way. Doubtful. Next step will be to attempt to put hold on payment with credit card company.
