If I could give 0 stars, it would be too much. Product (Christmas lights) was flimsy, much smaller than advertised on Instagram ad, and worked intermittently. When I tried to return it, the customer representative gave me a different reason each time I emailed (repeatedly) why I could not get a refund. The issue was finally resolved through PayPal. I hope PayPal refuses to do business with this company in future, as this is the only way to stop these people who are essentially scammers, given the poor quality of their products vs how they present them on social medial.

They say they are an American company, but my order shipped from Shenzhen China and took a month to arrive. The product looks Much bigger in the image which is misleading... I am going to be SO much more careful ordering in future! American Made only! All lemidecors reviews on their site are 5 star....

Worst company ever! Order in November and just received yesterday. Tried to cancel. Product is no use to me now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I would give zero starts if I could. Do not waste your money.

I purchased Christmas decorations from this company after clicking on a social media ad. I bought three strands of batter operated lighted pinecone/berry garland. Two of them worked. The third one I didn't try to turn on until it was on my Christmas dinner table. I installed the batteries and only half the strand would light. I contacted the company to request an exchange of the defective item. I wanted to send back the defective product and have it replaced with a functioning one. Isabella from customer service responded that the order was greater than 30 days old and they no longer service my order. Doesn't matter that product was defective. Now that I see the reviews, I'm not surprised. We should stop allowing these type of companies to take advantage of U.S. consumers.

I ordered from this company recently and soon after placing my order I noticed a fraudulent use of my credit card information and highly suspect it was someone from the company that used my credit card information to make personal purchases. BEWARE!!

I wish I could give negative stars. They are absolutely the WORST. I received my order months after I placed it. The vase I paid almost $150 for for a gift was the worst quality, not the size that it stated and looked like I literally could have purchased at a dollar store. I contacted them to return it and they REFUSE to accept my return and said if I returned it they wouldn’t refund me. I asked to speak to a manager and they will not allow it. NEVER buy from them.

SCAM ALERT I ordered the DIY Ukulele kit on April 11. It still hasn't been delivered and all requests for information result with a tracking number that never makes it to the shipping company. Customer service always has the same 'sorry for the delay' answer but no actual help.
