First of all, I live in West Africa, where the sale of diamonds is almost forbidden, even though they come from this region...look it up. So with that said I ordered this beautiful .52 carat white and yellow diamond halo pendant for my 50th birthday keepsake. It was more than half a carat, I'm now more than a half a century old, it had three levels - one for the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. It had yellow diamonds around the circumference which symbolized my golden jubilee year. And who couldn't use a real life halo hanging around them?? Surely not I. So I had to order this necklace and get it sent to a friend who was visiting in the USA, in Minnesota. You guessed it. The Saturday she left was the saturday it got there, but no one was home. So now my friend's mother has not recieved this necklace after three days of the carrier saying it was there. I was in a state of panic, shock, and bewilderment. But Ben M. my customer service rep, was cool as a cucumber and helped solve the situation. Oh, by the way, the courier left it in the rental office and my friends mother had to go looking for it. Ok now, how do I get my halo. So my friend and I decide she would have another friend mail it to the next person, a priest, who is visiting the states that I know and is coming back to West Africa soon. But I wasn't too sure of this happening again. So I said to Ben, I will send it back from Minnesota to the New York office, and then we will decide if he should try to send it to me direct or I find another person traveling. This is at least a month or more in time of back and forth and the traveling halo. It reaches New York. Oh what do we do. Its my birthday present to myself. Ok, one more time because even Ben agreed it might be costly to send it to me in west africa and dangerous. We sent it to one more person in Philadelphia, and you wouldn't believe that when I called him he said he was in Minnesota - but my necklace has already been mailed to Philadelphia. His cousin politely slipped the beautifully packaged box into the lining of my god son's suitcase. My god son arrives and brings me this traveling halo. I would have given up on it, but Ben wouldn't so I couldn't. Now I wear my halo proudly, finding myself touching it, and sliding it on the chain. My only complaint is the chain does not come in a longer length and so I had to have it lengthened by a jeweler here. Thank you so much for the great quality and beautiful diamonds. But most of all I want to thank Ben M for his efforts and wonderful customer service. I will do business with this company again.

I began shopping for yellow diamond ring in March 2017 and bought one from Leibish in November. In the interim, I visited multiple retail stores and looked at hundreds of rings and thousands of diamonds online. When I began my search I was more than a little dubious about buying from an online dealer in another country. However, my experience with Leibish, and particularly with Meira, was fantastic. Meira always responded as soon as possible and always presented options within the parameters I described. She is very personable and a consummate professional. After such a long search I finally received the ring last week - it came exactly when promised and as promised. In fact, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Leibish & Co. And, since my search was pretty exhaustive, I am confident that I got the best value possible.

I can tell you to rest assured because your money is in excellent hands! If you're reading this review you are probably worried if Leibish Co is legit just as I was when I was shopping for a ring. Not only are they legit their customer service is outstanding and the final product even more so! I wired my funds and received a nice discount with no issues what so ever. Would recommend to anyone looking for fine colored diamonds at great price!

I have now made 3 purchases of pink diamonds from Leibish, all custom designed pieces. First a ring, then a necklace, and finally earrings. I keep going back to Leibish as I trust them to make a beautiful piece for me, to design whatever I want, and to give me the best price and the best quality of any diamond company around! I have worked with Amir every single time and he is wonderful and patient to work with. They have exceeded my expectations every single time! I wouldn't purchase a piece of jewelry from anyone else. If they don't have what you want, they can get it and they can make it!
