Leibish & Co.Reviews of leibish.com

Very Satisfied, Excellent Service

Strong customer support. Leadership in products vs comp. Best of the best. Do what they say. Tough to buy diamonds on line without all this. This is a triple aaa company.

Exceeding expectations in all levels, i worked both with Efi and Ben and could not have been any happier with their service. Will be a returning customer for sure

Amazing customer service they answered all my question right away and the packaging looks amazing. Definitely one of the best online Jewelers I have dealt with. I would recommend them for anyone that's looking for a great product and trust worthy online Jewelers to deal with.

It was the first diamond I ever bought, and I'm really happy with it. The yellow-orange colour is amazing and it sparkles like a dream! Thank you Meira, for the friendly email conversation and good advice!

I had never bought a colored diamond so I decided to do some research. Not all colored diamonds are created equal. There are several ways used to manipulate a colorless stone using heat, pressure and radiation to name a few. Then there is natural which came from the earth the same color as when completed. One on a budget might have to choose a little less carat weight to get the natural. I choose natural because I believe it is the best investment. Leibish & Co. offer quality in the natural state. Meidra was very easy to communicate with and very professional. Thank You and I am sure to return when need be.

I was skeptical at first and my jeweler was VERY skeptical. However, I expressed interest on the website and Leibish promptly responded. They answered all my questions and I decided to take a chance given the return policy and excellent references. The item arrived from Hong Kong the day after payment was received by Leibish. The GIA cert came the next day. I was very pleased. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend Leibish to anyone. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience.

My sister shared this website with me and now we are pretty much addicted to assembling fine pieces. Everything we have received has been as advertised and of very good to truly excellent quality. It is hard to stop buying from here - that is the only problem. Their prices are fair - somewhat below market value here in the US, but well above wholesale. There are cheaper outlets for such items if you can scrutinize diamonds and do your research very carefully. But for those who can't, you can be assured you're getting excellent quality when you come here. They have been willing to work with us with some discounts, which is nice. I'll also add that every person I have spoken with - Meira, Efi, and one other, have been patient and knowledgeable.
