Leibish & Co.Reviews of leibish.com

You can't beat the responsiveness of the customer service! I will be shopping again and again!

Excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in fine diamonds. Could not ask for any better service and staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have made another purchase since my above review and I must say I am well pleased. I purchased earrings and the stones are absolutely beautiful. They look great with my ring. These are great people to do business with and have exceptionally nice stones. You will never go wrong doing business with Leibish.

Thanks to Mr Efi from Leibish & Co., I got the item with perfect condition. Here I would like to compliments Mr. Efi and his team for their efforts and honestly.

I've now used Leibish twice - first for the diamond in my wife's engagement ring (referred from TruthAboutDiamonds, now DiamondPros), and second for the sapphire I just purchased. This review is for the sapphire purchase. In general, the company is efficient and reliable. You get your purchase shipped overnight or as close to it as possible in tamper proof, but unobtrusive packaging, and you get exactly what's on the website. They are also very responsive to emailed questions. More specifically, I chose Leibish over other websites to purchase this sapphire for two reasons. First is quality - they seem to only list high quality gems, and you can see this when browsing through stones. While the selection might be more limited, there aren't any dull ones that you have to wade through and exclude from the decision making process. This makes it so much easier! Second, they had more transparent definitions of quality. They have an outside lab grade color and clarity, so you are actually looking at as an objective a rating as possible, making it easy to compare between two rocks that look identical on the internet.

I ordered a letter "j" yellow diamond pendant for my daughters birthday and it turned out very lovely. She loved it! Thank you for another stunning purchase.

I'm always a little reluctant about online purchases; but found the service and quality from Leibish to be excellent. I won't hesitate when the need arises for another purchase from them.

We received the ring. It is absolutely exquisite. I couldn't have chosen a better company or person to work with than Mali and Leibish. Thank you so much for your assistance and attention to detail. It made the buying experience so much more pleasurable and rewarding. You helped my wife's new year extremely happy. And for that, I thank you.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product, and the excellent service that I received.
