Upon further investigation, it seems that you selected to complete your purchase via SplitIt which is an external credit processing company, and we advised you at the time to contact them directly in order to update your credit card details. So sorry that you had a bad experience. As you can see from our other reviews, every single customer that has ever bought with us in the past has been completely satisfied and we have addressed their every need. Since we sell on numerous platforms, occasionally there can be a bug in the system that the other platforms aren't updated in time (see this link: http://www.leibish.com/yellow-diamond/127ct-w-x-light-yellow-cushion-vs2-125544-18661 it was sold via our website before the Ebay order). However, as you saw in our correspondence with you, we offered you an even better diamond at the same price (at a significant loss to us) so that you would benefit from our mistake. Although you have not yet responded, that offer still stands since we hold customer satisfaction as our highest priority. In the meantime, we immediately refunded your money as per your request through Paypal. While we await your confirmation that you have received your money back, we apologize about the confusion.
