**UPDATE: They did get in touch with me, will amend reviews pending results. Initial appointment went well, provider seemed friendly and earnest. Never received lab referral, no working link to qbcheck that was ordered. She responded once when I messaged and said she'd look into, days have passed with no further responses. The email they provide for support isn't a real email address, any messages sent to it result in a failed sending.
