Extremely frustrating experience. I canceled my original appointment, yet this company continues to schedule new appointments without my consent. I spoke with someone by phone yesterday to address the issue, and although the appointment scheduled for that day was canceled, I have now received another notification for yet another appointment.
I have already made it clear that I do not want these appointments, yet they continue to be scheduled. This is unacceptable and feels like harassment. A company should respect a customer’s decision to cancel and stop contacting them to schedule unwanted appointments. I would not recommend a company that ignores clear requests like this.

They are a complete scam
They are a complete scam. They trick you into thinking they take your insurance, they know they don’t, they make you pay out of pocket, and when you decide to cancel they just perpetually reschedule without your consent and then hit you with the 100 no show fee. Here’s the kicker, they schedule the new appointment within the 48 hr cancellation window so you can’t cancel unless you call but they never pick up. They have done this twice to me. Best believe I’m not paying them a dime and I will take them to court for the 100 they already took. I’m petty like that.

After I cancelled my appointment…
After I canceled my appointment because I decided I no longer needed care, they kept rescheduling appointments every single day... this is ridiculous. I have tried contacting someone on the phone to stop rescheduling without my approval. DO NOT recommend.

SCAM! DO NOT BOOK
this company is scummy in every way. I had an appointment with them but decided to part ways, as I thought it wasn't for me. I cancelled my appointment and the next day they rescheduled me without me calling or doing it myself. I cancelled it again thinking nothing of it. About a week later, I check my email and notice they scheduled me again! At this point it was too late and the 2 day cancellation period was past so I got hit with the 100 dollar cancellation fee. After this I havent got the re schedule email, so I assume they got what they wanted from me.
Please save yourself the trouble and look for a real place that doesn't want to give you a hard time and do things without your permission. Dont book this website!

Very much the experience of others…
Very much the experience of others posting here. They were late to the appointment. No empathy or understanding. Laughed at me for how I spoke. Although testing high for ADHD they wanted to see if antidepressants would help for depression and anxiety that I don’t have. I’m not anxious and I’m not sad. They Charge $250 for the first visit to provide you nothing but saying you need a follow up and visits every month at $150 a visit . They scheduled a follow up appointment that I canceled and they keep scheduling and I keep canceling EVERY DAY. I spoke to a mental health professional in person after and they expressed concerns about my experience and very much agreed that this business is taking advantage of people with shady unprofessional practices. Don’t trust these people.

I am incredibly disappointed with my…
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Legion Health. I paid $250 out of pocket for an appointment because I was genuinely struggling with my ADHD and looking for help re-establishing treatment. Instead, I left the appointment feeling invalidated, discouraged, and honestly more hopeless about getting help than I did before it.
What bothered me most was how antiquated the provider’s understanding of ADHD felt, particularly ADHD in adult women. I explained that I was not a stereotypically hyperactive child and that this was part of the reason my ADHD went unrecognized when I was younger. Despite that, the conversation continued to focus heavily on questions about childhood hyperactivity in a way that made me feel like what I was explaining about my own experience wasn’t actually being heard.
I also specifically discussed how dramatically my symptoms have worsened during perimenopause, something that has become increasingly recognized and discussed in relation to ADHD in women. I did not feel that the provider understood or meaningfully engaged with that connection at all.
I understand that responsible ADHD treatment requires a thorough evaluation and that no provider should simply prescribe medication on demand. That is not my complaint. My complaint is that I sought out a mental health provider hoping for knowledgeable, current, compassionate care and instead felt dismissed and misunderstood.
On top of that, I only learned through the process how many additional steps, appointments, testing and expenses could be involved before potentially receiving treatment. As someone paying entirely out of pocket, I wish that had been much more transparent before I spent $250 on the initial appointment.
I came to Legion because I needed help. I left feeling like I had wasted $250 for nothing and was further away from getting help than when I started. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend Legion Health based on my experience.

Hi Lalie, we’re sorry you left feeling unheard and that the next steps and potential costs were not clear before your appointment. When care may involve additional evaluation, we should explain the process and expected costs clearly and make sure every patient feels respected throughout. We’ve shared your feedback with our team for review. If you’re open to speaking with us, please contact [email protected] and mention Trustpilot so we can connect you with the right person.

I canceled my first visit
I canceled my first visit, literally the same day and they still charged me the 100$ a few days later.
They take advantage of people with already poor mental health and scam them.
There is no option to take my card off the profile either.
Its a business purley to take advantage of a vulnerable population. I hope the doctors and anyone working there can live with being horrible human beings.
Adding on: now you ask me to reply to you but the email you gave doesnt even work. Heres the response.
Give me a working contact info please.

Charge was fully done may 21st 2025
It was processing on May 1919th 2025
It wont show me the date of canceled appointment but I clicked on cancel and followed steps. The website is very glitchy anyway.
However, it is a heartless business model and simply bad taste to charge 100$ for a cancel fee anyway, not only for a first time patient but a first time patient for depression someone seeking help. Its punishing people for for needing help and taking advantage.
Take my card off the website and delete all information about me
Im disgusted and want nothing more to do with this soulless corporation.
I learned my lesson, I wont ever seek help again.

No Professionalism
My Dr was over 10 minutes late for our virtual meeting for my new patient intake.
I expressed my lack of free time or ability to make appointments with my busy work schedule, she assured me that we’d get me some relief for my ADHD symptoms that are hindering my day to day life - and suggested a non-stimulant solution and I was very happy to hear we would start finding some relief.
At the end of our appointment she changed her mind and said for me to go to Quest for a full panel and then meet in an additional 2 weeks before beginning treatment. Although I was okay with the low dosage we discussed starting on, she insisted on this route to maybe start higher.
They never sent me the referral for Quest, and I reached out to let them know, with no response, and I’ve wasted $110 on absolutely nothing.
It seems they’re trying to squeeze out whatever they can from people.

Thank you for the detail here — this matters to us and we're sorry the follow-through wasn't there. A missed lab referral and an unanswered message aren't the experience we want anyone to have. We'd like to find out where this broke down and make it right. We can't discuss clinical details in a public reply, but please reach us at [email protected] with the name/email on your account and your appointment date, referencing "Trustpilot," and we'll look into the referral and your outreach personally.
