The loss of my husband was devastating. I wanted to find a special urn that was unique and one that didn't look like a typical urn. I wanted to respond after my sister-in-law saw the urn. I ordered my brother's urn on-line, which she chose for him, Aug. 26, and had delivered to me. It arrived in perfect condition from Lemmer, Netherlands, Aug. 31. I took care of his ashes being put in urn and took him home on Labor Day (Sept 7). His memorial was Tuesday, September 8. Her words were: "Beautiful!" "Perfect!" I agree!! Thank you so much! .

Excellent service. The person on the other end of the phone was polite and courteous, a model against the prevellent air of rudeness that seems to permeate everywhere. She found out answers to all my questions and got back to me quickly, even against a huge time difference. I was trying to find a classic style urn that didn't look like a ginger jar for use outside and wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. I didn't think this was such a hard task but so it seems here in America. The urn is beautiful and well packed. The design selection is varied, creative but classic, some very unique, a big help in honoring my loved one's personality. There is an attention to detail in every aspect of my purchase down to instructions on how to fill the urn and a small ash bag for keepsake purposes. I had concerns about overseas delivery meeting my deadline but I received the urn in speedy fashion, flawless overseas delivery. I highly recommend legendURN.
