I received the cross necklace today. My intention was to give it to my daughter when her younger brother is laid to rest on Good Friday. The front of the cross has spots of no gold plating, giving the cross a defective look. Unacceptable and now I cannot have anything to offer my daughter at the burial. I am returning the item and asking for a full refund, including return shipping costs. I will get my daughter's remembrance from another company. Signed - A Very Upset Father

This urn is as beautiful as expected however, the seller did not fulfill my one request to place the name of deceased in location I requested. I have used the urn anyway but was disappointed in the lack of care in my one request for this important lifetime memorial. Fay Howell

I ordered the hand painted Snowy Owl urn. It is the most gorgeous urn we've ever seen in our life! There's a certain reverence and carefulness to the artist's brush stroke.
