Beautiful urn
Ordered an urn for my son who passed. They were wonderful with communicating with me throughout the process. The urn arrived safely packed and more beautiful than I had even expected. Thank you so much!

Your best alternative to a dealer in the US
Monument dealers in Chicago charge $1,500 for the same cemetery lantern. Got it here for $500 shipped. Great quality and design.

Misrepresented expensive urn they want me to pay upfront $60 return shipping to Netherlands
I received a very misrepresented ugly cheap damaged urn, a fact the company agreed with. I said I would gladly return it for a refund if THEY pay return shipping. They refused to pay the return shipping upfront and want ME to first pay over $60 USD to ship it to The Netherlands, before they “claim” they’ll reimburse me the shipping!

I searched for many hours on line…
I searched for many hours on line trying to find the right urn for my beloved husband. When I came across the sculpture titled “Eternal Love” I immediately knew that was what I wanted for his final resting place. It is like a beautiful piece of art and fits the decor of my home. It makes my heart feel less heavy when I look at it.

I ordered a large urn and 4 matching…
I ordered a large urn and 4 matching keepsakes on February 09, 2022. The estimated shipping was 5 to 6 weeks. Due to them being special ordered. I did not hear anything after 6 weeks and contacted Legend Urns. They responded saying they would contact the seller. Another 2 weeks went by with no response. Bottom line it took exactly 12 weeks to receive the urns. All the while the funeral plans were on hold, waiting for the urns. The urns were beautiful and well crafted. My only complaint would be the time delay.

Thank you for your review despite you only rating us at one star. First of all we're happy your satisfied with the urns in the end. Concerning the delivery time we completely understand and it has been a difficult situation for us too following the many covid lockdowns and restrictions. The urns you've ordered used to be in stock with our supplier, but weren't anymore and had to be ordered in Italy where due to restrictions the porcelaine workshop was either closed or heavily understaffed. So throughout the supply chain there were issues in getting this urn made and delivered which resulted in the very long delivery time. Poor proactive communication from the Italians to our supplier and from our supplier to us resulted in us also not having proactively informed you as we too were guessing at the delivery time at some point. We sincerely apologize for this situation and the fact you've had to postpone the funeral services due to this incident. We hope we'll never have to face such an economically impeding period again and we hope you'll be satisfied with the urns for years to come. Best regards, legendURN

Absolutely AMAZING
Absolutely AMAZING! I am so happy with my urn. It is a bit larger than I anticipated but is so absolutely beautiful! AND it delivered within 8 days from the date I placed my order. Thank you for such amazing service and quality product at a time when I needed it the most
