My Leesa mattress is great. My husband and I noticed a difference in our sleep right away on night one. We had heard good reports from others and were pleasantly surprised by the many choices in mattresses with Leesa. We ended up having a shipping issue, and they resolved it immediately. Customer Service is top-notch. I will certainly look at Leesa first when I need to purchase a mattress.

I have purchased 6 Leesa beds. All very comfortable & I would highly recommend. The only issue was 5 beds came w pillows & sheets— while the last mattress did not which was disappointing. I was told that it was ordered w a different promo. Otherwise very satisfied with the products.

Their customer service is amazing! They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and trying to help get the mattress I ordered to work for my needs by offering complementary toppers. Ultimately it was too squishy for me, and they were great in scheduling the pickup so it could be donated elsewhere (a cool feature I didn’t realize they do instead of taking the mattress back to their company).
