This company is actively scamming…
This company is actively scamming customers. I ordered a mattress that was supposed to be delivered by their third-party delivery company, Ryder. After three weeks of waiting for my mattress and several communications with the Leesa team via email and phone, today I finally got a message from Ryder asking me to schedule the delivery. The earliest date they are offering is October 24, one MONTH from now. So, basically, if you buy a mattress from them, don't expect it to be delivered in less than two months. What a SCAM. Their website says 5-7 business days. Obviously, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. I see your reply. Maybe you need to use a different partner to deliver the mattresses that you sell. Ryder received my mattress on their warehouse 3 weeks ago and they didn’t get back to me until now just to offer me a delivery in one month from now. Also, I had to be on hold for more than 30 minutes each time I have called your line to get to speak to somebody. You should have informed me of how incompetent your third party delivery company Ryder is. If I knew this, I would have never wasted 3 weeks. You know what is funny? Yesterday I went to a mattress firm store and ordered the same exact mattress. A little bit cheaper and will be delivered this weekend. You guys shouldn’t order from Leesa directly; their service is awful.

Hi Moisés, we’re very sorry for your experience. Waiting over a month for your mattress is frustrating, and we understand why you’re upset. We want to be transparent about what happened with your order. The 5–7 business day timeframe on our website is our stated shipping time, and yours shipped the next day. Because you chose In-Home Setup, your mattress went to our delivery partner, Ryder, and they had it 5 business days after you ordered. At checkout, In-Home Setup orders note that Ryder will contact you to schedule delivery and setup 7–15 business days after purchase, and they reached out within that window. The earliest appointment they could offer in your area, though, was October 24. We agree that’s far too long. Our team spoke with you by phone and email along the way and opened a case with Ryder. When you ultimately called to cancel, we canceled your order right away and completed your refund. We’re also working directly with Ryder to understand why appointment availability was so far out for your specific area, as it’s not acceptable. We're sorry we didn't get this right for you, and we appreciate you giving us a chance.
