Got this after a Tempur-Pedic because pretty old and it had great reviews. My wife and I don't like it. It's bouncy, we wake up often with aching backs. It's especially for bad for .. well; things couples do on beds together, like doing that in a bounce house. I'm not giving it one star because .. well, it's a mattress but I'll eventually replace it with another mattress, likely a new Tempur-Pedic. Not recommended.

The mattress itself was fine, but I decided to return it because it felt over priced. I had expected an easy refund and easy donation to a charity for the mattress, but after days of emails was informed there is no donation partner. I was offered the option to have it removed and taken to the trash (that feels wasteful and was not what I expected) or figure out a way to find my own charity to get it to and figure out my own donation reciept and then send that to Leesa for an eventual refund. This has taken weeks as the charity is not able to come immediately and I am not using the mattress but i still have to store it in my home waiting for pick up and refund. This is not the trial period gaurantee that was offered. If they can figure out how to haul it to the trash it is not clear to me why they cannot arrange transport to a charity.

I was frustrated with this survey because I was not able to describe how I was frustrated by not being able to add special instructions to the delivery and was not able to schedule the timing of the delivery.

I used Apple Pay and got more communication from them than I did from Leesa! I ordered on 7/4 and on 7/9 I finally called customer service and was texted a link to check tracking. Apple’s tracking notifications were more accurate. The next email I got from Leesa was how to care for the mattress after it was delivered. The white glove delivery was marginal. Leesa website says that once the product is received by Ryder that I’d get an invitation to schedule delivery. Wrong! I got a text from an unknown company indicating they had a delivery and had to look up their phone number to figure out who it was. It looked like just another creepy scammer ready to deliver a quote I’d never asked for. The delivery was purely transactional and hurried. Instead of waiting for his partner to come in and help the guy decided to carry out the old queen mattress by himself so he whacked the ceiling fan and then almost knocked a picture off the wall. Fortunately I was able to catch it before it hit the floor. It was just careless as the room and hall have plenty of room to maneuver around. We like the products and I recommend them, but with a big yellow caution flag

The mattress is nice -- But the "white glove" delivery is not acceptable considering how much money you spend. It was delivered in an unmarked cargo truck brought up to my room by two delivery men in packages that were covered in a black soot. So to open the packages the soot got everywhere on my brand new rug then of course the hands were dirty from the soot and so it got onto my mattress. I wrote to complain and they gave such an automated "sorry" reply and something to the effect of "at least the mattress was wrapped." It shows me that delivery is really not something they care about once you order the mattres. Furthermore the delivery team couldn't speak English So I couldn't communicate to them to be careful about the soot and I had to wipe down the packaging and provide them with cleaning materials for themselves -- they set it up without explaining everything and left leaving some packaging material behind. The customer experience was not great. That plus the mattress isn't worth the money.

This company offers a thicker version of its Ultra Cool Memory Foam pillow allegedly for side sleepers. This pillow is too soft to support my head when I am lying on my side. This product is defective in my view. This pillow also had a strong odor upon opening the airtight plastic bag it was shipped in. I have encountered products packaged in an extra airtight plastic bag before. Those products reeked also.
