Easy shopping experience and loved the white glove delivery option

The Leesa customer service team provided really great and attentive service both via phone and email. We had an unfortunate experience with their delivery partner for white glove service, however. Delivery mixup at the delivery vendor, difficulty scheduling with them, inexperienced setup team with incomplete setup of our bed and more. All is ok in the end, but it was a very stressful and frustrating experience. The Leesa Legend Hybrid bed is amazing!!! It's like sleeping in a cloud.

I was frustrated with this survey because I was not able to describe how I was frustrated by not being able to add special instructions to the delivery and was not able to schedule the timing of the delivery.

Easy to order and pick. Shipping is slow.

Leesa provides quality mattresses that are made to order. The shopping process was easy and I felt that I purchased the right product for my needs. I had a very good experience with customer service as well.

It's hard to buy the right mattress online, but Leesa made it possible. Ultimately we returned our Hybrid original because the medium/firm was too soft. (We are about to schedule the return with Leesa.) The price and quality of the mattress, the delivery, set up and return experience (so far) are all positive. In retrospect, we should have gone to try out the mattress at a West Elm store and then ordered it online once we had tested it For those wondering whether to buy a Leesa online, I would say yes, take the chance-- as long as you are willing to do the work to return it if it is not perfect. Leesa is a reliable company and the mattress is really nicely made.
