Our company puts significant efforts into customer experience and typically does much better than this. We did not provide you with a high quality experience, Jerry. We will make it right. Our CEO Neil will be calling you first thing tomorrow to determine next steps. Sincerely, Cory Peterson VP of Marketing & Sales Operations

Hi Gordon, I see this is a project resurfacing from 2020 when you worked with Tyler. I am sorry that your product specialist was not available when you called in (he was at lunch). Unfortunately our team member you spoke with instead was unfamiliar with your project. I can confirm that he called you back & emailed you to assist with your questions this afternoon. He will follow up with you again tomorrow to ensure we get any and all questions answers. Sincerely, Cory Peterson VP of Marketing & Sales Operations
