I regret giving LED Lighting Supply my business because the real test is not how a company looks when everything goes smoothly; it is what happens when something goes wrong. In my case, the process became a frustrating cycle of problems, poor communication, and difficulty getting a satisfactory resolution. That changed my confidence in the company completely. What makes this more concerning is the amount of responsibility placed on the customer through the published terms. Returns can involve a 25% restocking charge, custom or built-to-order products can be excluded from returns, cancellations become restricted after processing, and damaged or incorrect shipments have to be reported within a limited timeframe. I would not want to discover those conditions only after money has already changed hands. There are also customer reports involving incorrect products or specifications, damaged items, delays, and difficulties resolving order problems. These reports do not prove every order will fail, but they are relevant when combined with restrictive return conditions. My advice is to treat the purchase as something that requires protection on your side. Get every specification and promise in writing, understand the return and cancellation rules before payment, and keep complete records of the transaction. My own experience left me with far less confidence than I had when I placed the order, and I would be very cautious about putting substantial money at risk here.
Response from LED Lighting SupplySep 26, 2026
Hello Bramver, I take it upon myself to know the name of every customer that walks in the virtual door at LED Lighting Supply. I was devastated to see your review and not know your name. Upon further review, I cannot find your name in our system, nor do we sell into Germany (your profile states your location). All this said, I would love to solve your problem if you did in fact perfect from LED Lighting Supply based in the USA. Please email me at [email protected] Sincerely, Cory Peterson VP of Marketing and Sales Ops
