Our Church's parking lot LED lights were at their end of life and required replacing. By chance I found LED Lighting Supply on the internet. My call was taken quickly by Jake Hoffman, Product Specialist. I provided the part number of our existing fixture and he provided a recommendation on a replacement fixture and pole mount. Before we ordered all the fixtures we ordered one to test the fitment. The fixture was a perfect replacement. The design was well thought out which made is so easy to install. For example, your can install the pole mount first and then the fixture. We then ordered the remaining fixtures. Even working off a small manlift, we were able to install a fixture in less than 15 minutes. We had no issues at all and would not hessite to use them again.

Well to start off the lamps that I ordered come in and come to find out they did not actually meet the specs of what the part number stated online. Then turned out that the lamps did not work correctly anyway so we still couldn`t use them. I retuned all of the lamps minus 1 and vendor states that they are deducting me for 24 additional lamps being damaged and they couldn`t resell them. As far as I am concerned they got damaged on way back to them and they didn`t work any way so them getting damaged is not my problem. I learned my lesson my order cost me more than just the 25 lamps or so that he isn`t crediting. It cost me far more money in trying to install them realize they were junk and then going to find lamps that would work. These lamps actually cost more than another option that I found from a reliable manufacture. I wouldn`t recommend.

Hi Bubba, A poor experience for any reason is not ok. After your review came through our team got to work to review what happened. Clearly we made multiple missteps this time around. I know our company's President spoke with you yesterday morning to discuss how we will fix the situation. We try to not have issues like this but our team will always own it when they do. Sincerely, Cory Peterson VP of Marketing & Sales Operations

We upgraded from (12) 1000watt HPS to (12) 100 watt led fixtures for our pickle ball courts. Mike Ciaffone was the sales representative that we dealt with and he was great ! From design to completion most things went very smooth! We did have one hiccup in which three of the new fixtures flickered upon installation but it was determined that a problem with existing wiring was at fault. We are extremely satisfied with our new lighting and highly recommend LED Lighting Supply. Alan Audet Par 1 Homeowner Association Naples Florida
