I really like the auction platform it works great for me and I participate in many auctions. The process from bidding to shipping to arriving to me is I think maybe the best in the business. It's like everyone there is on the same page.

in this modern day the touch of human is still very geniune the staff is great and is flexable, unlike so many other sales/auction forums. I am exited to say that RR auction is the best. It's tough when you are contimplating handing off an item that you know is valuable but isn't necessarily adding value to your life. You struggle with the decision. If it weren't for Jeff Cafferelli, I'm not sure I would have moved forward. I had two other auction houses dismiss me. He took the time to really look at my offering and understand it's value. I was immediately put at ease with him and after talking with him knew that RR Auction was the place to hand this gem over to. They were class A in service. Very patient. It literally took a year to make the decision, I never felt pressured. The item auctioned for more than I expected and I expected alot. Marketing of the item was top notch. Their reputation also put me at ease.
