Sent parts that DO NOT fit, as advertised. Bulbs that were sent have two contact points. The very stock and originally equipped 09 HD FLHX I own has a single contact point ( like a bullseye on a dartboard) So I have 50 plus dollars of Useless to me parts. Customer Service says essentially Tough luck. They Don't stand behind the product. Even when they ship you wrong items. I have left numerous messages on their recording. I am finally getting Emails with more excuses and hoops to jump through. Avoid the headache. Buy elsewhere!!

Received my saddlebag lights for my street glide, I installed them and the brake lights are illuminating Amber and not red as they are supposed to. I emailed customer service and they stated they would contact the supplier and get back to me. Not sure why I wasn’t refunded or immediately sent a new set. Still haven’t heard back from them I’m a few days now.

Buy once, cry once- skip this place. Return process is sub-par. One LED light dimmer than the other, put OEM back in and emailed customer support- they want photos before they’ll do anything. I just want my money back.

I ordered the lights for my bike, 3 days later they were delivered. When installing them I noticed a small problem, the screw hole that holds the headlight bezel in place was oversized. I made a trip to the local hardware store and solved the problem. IF that is common then adding that one screw would make installation great. The lights are bright and improved night visibility tremendously.

Received in a timely manner and all lites worked as they should. The only thing I didn’t like is that the grey lens covers looked dull or cloudy but just used the factory ones

After 5 months of use one of my headlamps quit working now they want 40 bucks to replace it I have done several purchases from them but feel that I shouldn’t have Ty o pay when it is a warranty issue this issue was resolved thank you led mart

I have gotten no reply on ship date.it was supposed to be 48 hours but has been a week and no communication back from them.

I ordered LED headlights for my Jeep. However the product has not arrived, ordered almost 3 weeks ago. But, I also order the same product a few months back for my other truck and it work perfectly. Just waiting on parts to arrive. I finally got an updated status on my order. Customer service, tracked down my order. It was lost in shipping. Now pending replacement to be shipped out. Update: Today I received my order. Took 3 days after customer service reshipped my lost order. Tomorrow going to install.
