Not the best experience
I really like the lights, however the sequence was bad on them, flashing white after the orange sequence when the hazards or turns signals are on. I was contacted and was told for lack of better words it was my fault on the installation side of things, not exactly great customer service there.

Wasn’t happy with color
Wasn’t happy with color. Doesn’t match the vehicle amber lighting. Charged me a restocking fee. Will not buy again from LED Mart

This light bar was pretty expensive so…
This light bar was pretty expensive so was sure it would have come with a switch, but it did not. Very disappointed.

Zero Customer Service
The worst experience I've had trying to install an LED light bar on my Bronco. They shipped the light bar out without mounting brackets which came days later after I called about it. No wiring instructions for the harness and for almost 4 weeks now and numerous emails asking the same questions repeatedly I am still unable to get this done. Not only is their customer service super slow to respond but they actually have no idea what they sold and shipped me or how to install the light to the brackets or wire the harness to my vehicle. They are asking me for pictures of the wiring harness THEY sent me so they can figure it out. One word...wow. And don't get me started on their childish recording when you call and no one ever answers...we're kickin it outside work hours at 1pm and we'll hit you up?? Are you actually running a serious business...clearly not. I will never purchase anything from this place again.

Communication was not very acceptable
Communication was not very acceptable. Emails took days to respond and I was only able to get ahold of someone on the phone twice and this was after no less than 30 phone calls.

Missing parts of shipment
Only one piece of the bundle I had ordered shipped. I had to call and have customer support go in and figure out what had gone wrong. The rest of the bundle then shipped, but shipped ground, so it was another 6 days before I received the rest of the parts. The team was polite and helpful, but it was an issue that should not have occurred.

Weak mounting bracket
The mounting bracket bent when I went through a car wash. I'm going to see if I can find a metal shop here to build me a stronger bracket.
