Dear Troy Hynicka, Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand your disappointment—premium pricing should mean a premium installation. While we designed the splices to be reliable in off-road conditions, we absolutely hear you on the convenience factor. We're taking this back to our product team to improve the harness design. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, If you encounter any installation problems, please contact us promptly. We've got your back.

Dear T & R, We appreciate you sharing your feedback and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. Our goal is to offer clear, seamless service, and tipping prompts on checkout don’t reflect our policy. We’ve taken note of your concern and will review how tipping options appear during online purchases to avoid future confusion. We’re glad your friend’s lights were a positive reference, and we’d love another chance to earn your trust. If there’s anything specific I can help with—shipping, pricing, or product details—please let us know.

Dear wolf, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our LED Rear Turn/Brake & Running lights. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that they provided reliable service for five years, especially given your regular use of your motorcycle. While we understand your hope for a lifetime of service, LED lights, like any electronic component, have a finite lifespan. Factors such as environmental conditions, usage frequency, and power quality can influence their longevity. Our products are designed to meet high standards of quality and durability, but they may not last indefinitely. If you have any questions or need assistance with the installation, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're committed to providing the best possible support and products for our customers. Thank you again for your review, and we hope you continue to enjoy your motorcycle with our lighting solutions.
