Not using the purchase in the build I’m doing. Decided to go another way and needed to return the item. Then was hit with up to 50% restocking fee and obviously not looking to pay that was forced to just eat it. Will definitely check the back end from now on with whoever I purchase from but safe to say will look other directions rather than here

My order was sent in two different packages, which I got 2 weeks from each other. Both would fit in my mailbox. Second part that arrived did not work properly for two reasons. 1- the internal board was crooked and I couldn't connect it without having to pry on it and hope it didn't damage my stock connector. 2- when I finally got it plugged in, it made another light in the circuit not work at all. When emailed about issue, it took 2 days per response. Tried to call, never got an answer and couldn't leave a message. My first response email instructed me to ask my family if they had the package and/ or I'd they signed for it. Never had to sign for package. Then I was told I had the wrong tracking info. Then they offered a $2.96 refund for my troubles. Ridiculous customer service. Would have bought from Amazon if I knew how bad the service was. I eventually got a good part, but the back and forth between customer service is not worth it.

They don't fit the 2002 Harley Fatboy. I didn't receive a reply through Facebook messenger when I sent the message that they didn't fit so I ordered different ones from Amazon.

You get what you pay for. Coating on the brackets were pitted with bad craftsmanship. No directions along with a long wait for shipment from china. They make their money on the restocking fee so it’s not worth returning the product. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

So far so good
