I purchased the wrong halo headlights…
I purchased the wrong halo headlights and running lights. I call customer service and the lady was very nice and helpful. I ordered this morning, and the order was cancelled at my request. I will reorder the correct items today. I recommend LED Factory Mart highly! Thank you for your help. Michael

I ordered seat back protectors. Big mistake!
I ordered seat back protectors for my Bronco. They said they would ship right away. Three weeks later, when I emailed them, they said my order was being processed. Another three weeks later I got a shipping notice. The tracking said it was in transit from Mainland China! I emailed them again and was promised a $10 refund but it never came. I eventually got my product but never got the refund. You decide for yourself if you want to do business with these people. I certainly won’t!!! By the way, I was offered $10 to write a good review.

Headlights look great 👍 arrived fast…
Headlights look great 👍 arrived fast and safe. I am waiting on other parts to fit them in a custom car I'm working on. I powered up the rgb color changing lights on them and WOW I'm speechless. I am so glad you had these in stock as most are overseas and would take weeks to receive. Thanks for a easy transaction and I definitely know where to go for future lighting projects. 👍
