I purchased one of their programs, trusting their "100% Money Back Guarantee". When it didn't work, I asked for a refund, and they refused.

This software does not work. I requested a refund on their 30 day Money Back GUARANTEE but after several e-mails to & from their support team they appear not to want to honour it. A waste of money.

Bought a blu-ray drive on my new Pc and it didn't come with a software. Looked up all the companies and found out they ALL cost almost as much as my drive!! Then, out of the blue, i read about Leawo on youtube. Downloaded it and, 1) it's very light. 2) it's FREE!. Played my Lord of the Rings Extended perfectly, i couldn't believe it. Puts the other paid companies like Powerdvd and the rest to SHAME cuz they couldn't play my brays so well and they cost a fortune... i rarely take the time to review stuff on the net but this company deserves better ;).

Hello Kev, thanks very much and we will keep making our stuff better no matter it is free or paid products. Have a great holiday and we are always here if you need us.

I was never able to successfully download and use the product. I got the run around time and time again when trying to get a refund and was ultimately refused a refund. Don't waste your time with a company that won't stand behind its product.
Response from LeawoDec 12, 2016
Hello Frank, we are sorry to hear that but please kindly note that some special cases are not covered by our money-back policy. I'll talk to our support team first and let you know if we can still do something about your case. Thank you and have a great day!

Beta version of the software I purchased worked fine, after registering it worked fine for one event, then would quit halfway through process. After contacting customer support, they were very concerned that it wouldn't work and offered to try to duplicate my efforts on their own system. The PC it failed on is 4 years old so I tried it on a different computer and it worked just fine. The company sent several follow-up messages to monitor my testing progress and were willing to do whatever they could to resolve the issue. Thanks you!

This is what I get when I asked for a refund for the software not working : Dear Beave, Have a great day! We are sorry that we couldn't refund you for the moment. Not only Leawo iTransfer but other program has the same problem for the moment. Due to the high security and pravicy of Apple, and the SMS and Contacts are high privacy context so not any program can get. If the SMS and Contacts are easy to obtain, then people all over the world can use the program to steal others' information, which is not safe. So we are sorry that Leawo has no function to open the SMS for the moment. Sorry again for the trouble caused by Leawo, you can use Leawo to transfer other no so privacy information. I had to buy another program called one touch that worked immediately . I've been asking for a refund for 2 weeks and Ciyar will not refund me my money . I will never buy another software from this company .
