Le logiciel Leawo blu-ray player utilise beaucoup trop de ressources matériels. Il fait monter mon GPU à 70° Celsius et il est utilisé à lui seul par ce mauvais logiciel à 60% alors que d'autres logiciel comme Cyberlink PowerDVD n'utilise que 25% de mon GPU. Configuration matérielle : Ryzen 3 4300 GE et MSI R9 290 4G.

Awful software. Bought for as a gift to me, obviously trying to manipulate some vulnerable people into buying this product to coincide with gifts. At $229 it goes without saying it is nowhere near worth that just for the software let alone the $40 for the hardware. ALL A COMPLETE SCAM.

Bought five of these and none worked. Video uploads fail every time, the software is unusable, and there’s no helpline or customer support. Completely unreliable and not as advertised.

The 30 day money back guarantee is not honoured and deceiving in their advertising. The web page has false and deceiving information and you have to really do your homework to work out their refund policy which is not easily accessible on their website. I will recommand to keep your away from this cheating firm.

Purchased the UHD Ripper as I already have the BLURAY Ripper and it works fine. I paid the £100 and installed it only to have a message saying that I need to buy the Leowo DVD drive updater in order for it to work on my PC (top of the range 2021 Dell PC running the latest Windows) ... which is another £100. I didn't need this for the BLURAY Ripper and wasn't expecting this and .. no mention of it when I was deciding to purchase, furthermore, the home page states '30 Day Money back guarantee' ... Leowo have been pretty unresponsive and generally disinterested and have now flatly refused to refund any money even though I haven't and can't use the software - I have raised a dispute with my card holder but thought others should be aware ... I'm sure it's a great package, its just a shame that they would feel it worthwhile to create bad feeling and bad reputation by not simply refunding without quibble as most decent companies would - it's not a great way to build a long term reputation.

BE careful - This company is very hard to get in touch with in case of problem - the support email address on the confirmation message is inactive - very poor assistance and NO communication - HELP center is not good at all - I would nt advice this company

Deceptive practices by Leawo! BEWARE! I purchased a software download from Leawo a year ago. This was described as a "purchase" and an "order." Buried in the fine print, it turns out to be an "annual subscription." A year later, they send an email 8 hours before the renewal period was to begin notifying the subscription would renew. 8 hours! I immediately went onto their site and cancelled the subscription and received an email confirming this cancellation. I received this confirmation prior to the beginning of the renewal period. The charge had already been initiated by them however and now they are refusing to honor the cancellation and give me a refund. Leawo is deceptive bordering on fraudulent. Lots of better companies out there with similar products. Stay away from Leawo!

I CAN NOT INSTALL their software in my Mac and the company refuse to give me a refund. So, I paid for ZERO service. Robbers.
